Eligibility for Exchange

●       Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

●       Exchange for a different color is possible, subject to availability.

●       Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

●       Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange

●       Contact us via WhatsApp or email at farooqartsofficial@gmail.com, along with your order number.

●       Mention the reason for the exchange and your preferred replacement color, if applicable.

●       Once approved, we’ll guide you with the next steps for returning the item.
